'Architecture and Fashion: A Seamless Relationship' was a project commissioned by the Planning Authority for the Malta Architecture and Spatial Planning Awards, to celebrate the intersection of two creative realms. With a curated capsule collection of four pieces, we've ventured into uncharted design territory, playing with structural shapes, geometric motifs, and unexpected materials to craft wearable works of art that draw inspiration from four iconic local architectural marvels, namely the Tarxien Temples, the Balluta Buildings in St. Julian's, the Fgura Parish Church and Dar il-Ħanin Samaritan in Santa Venera.
By taking the essence of our previous works, we have crafted a range of pieces that pay homage to each of the four garments. Every piece beautifully merges architecture and fashion into wearable art.
