RETURN POLICY

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• All returned items must be unused, unstained, damage free, unwashed, with all tags and hygienic gussets in place and in its original packaging.
• Shipping costs on returns will not be assumed by BAJJA.
• We offer a drop off option for local BAJJA customers.
• Sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged.
• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 15 business days after the package is delivered.

To start a return, you can contact us on info@bajja.mt. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
