We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- All returned items must be unused, unstained, damage free, unwashed, with all tags and hygienic gussets in place and in its original packaging.
- Shipping costs on returns will not be assumed by BAJJA.
- We offer a drop off option for local BAJJA customers.
- Sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged.
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 15 business days after the package is delivered.
